SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY SCOPE

We provide worldwide delivery services. Orders can be delivered to countries where our shipping service is supported.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

We offer international shipping via our logistics partners. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Import duties and taxes are mandatory for all international orders and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges depend on factors such as the value of the goods, materials used, and the country of manufacture.

After your order is placed, Huelley Huelley will contact you via email to confirm the customs declaration value based on the selected option (adjusted value or full order value), along with the estimated import duties.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, Huelley Huelley will assist with customs documentation and arrange for the shipping carrier to advance the duty payment on your behalf. A handling fee of approximately $15 may be applied by the carrier for this service.

Once the duty payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched. Upon arrival, no additional customs procedures or payments will be required from the customer.

Please note that import duty rates may vary over time and depending on local customs regulations. The percentages listed below are provided for reference only and should not be considered final amounts.

The exact duty amount will be calculated and confirmed via email prior to shipment.

Estimated duty rates (for reference only):

  • United States – approximately 32%
  • Canada – approximately 18%
  • Thailand – approximately 30%
  • China – approximately 16%
  • South Korea – approximately 13%
  • United Kingdom – approximately 20%
  • Singapore – approximately 10%
  • Russia – approximately 15%
  • Australia – approximately 12%
  • European Union – approximately 26%

If the customer chooses not to proceed with the import duty payment after confirmation, the order will not be refunded. Instead, the full amount paid will be issued as store credit (e-voucher) for future purchases.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to accept all applicable import duties and related charges.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order items typically take an estimated 4–6 weeks to produce. Please note that this is production time only and does not include shipping time.

If your pre-order has not shipped by the end of the estimated production timeframe, you may cancel your pre-order. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

If you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items together, your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. You will receive an email within 1–2 days confirming that your order is on the way.

SHIPPING TIME

1. Ready-to-Ship Items

Estimated delivery time:

  • Vietnam: 2 – 5 business days
  • Asia: 5 – 10 business days
  • Europe / USA / Canada: 7 – 14 business days

Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order has been confirmed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Made-to-Order / Pre-order Items

Some products are produced under a Made-to-Order / Pre-order model. Production time will be clearly stated on each product page.

Once production is completed, shipping will follow the standard delivery timeframe:

  • Vietnam: 2 – 5 business days
  • Asia: 5 – 10 business days
  • Europe / USA / Canada: 7 – 14 business days

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

3. Important Notice

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • severe weather conditions
  • transportation disruptions
  • customs clearance procedures

If any delay occurs, customers will be notified via email as soon as possible.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please follow delivery notifications to ensure your package is received safely.
