Cancellation, Exchange and Return Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at sales@huelleyrose.com and include your order number. A confirmation will be sent once the request has been processed.
A 10% processing fee will be deducted from any approved cancellation.
For pre-order items that have not been shipped after the estimated production timeframe, customers may request cancellation. The full amount paid will be issued as store credit (e-voucher).
Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit are not eligible for cancellation. Customers are advised to follow our Return & Exchange Policy instead.
