Shipping Policies

DELIVERY SCOPE

We provide worldwide delivery services. Orders can be delivered to countries where our shipping service is supported.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

We offer international shipping via our logistics partners. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Import duties and taxes are mandatory for all international orders and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges depend on factors such as the value of the goods, materials used, and the country of manufacture.

After your order is placed, Huelley Huelley will contact you via email to confirm the customs declaration value based on the selected option (adjusted value or full order value), along with the estimated import duties.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, Huelley Huelley will assist with customs documentation and arrange for the shipping carrier to advance the duty payment on your behalf. A handling fee of approximately $15 may be applied by the carrier for this service.

Once the duty payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched. Upon arrival, no additional customs procedures or payments will be required from the customer.

Please note that import duty rates may vary over time and depending on local customs regulations. The percentages listed below are provided for reference only and should not be considered final amounts.

The exact duty amount will be calculated and confirmed via email prior to shipment.

If the customer chooses not to proceed with the import duty payment after confirmation, the order will not be refunded. Instead, the full amount paid will be issued as store credit (e-voucher) for future purchases.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to accept all applicable import duties and related charges.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order items typically take an estimated 4–6 weeks to produce. Please note that this is production time only and does not include shipping time.

If your pre-order has not shipped by the end of the estimated production timeframe, you may cancel your pre-order. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

If you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items together, your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. You will receive an email within 1–2 days confirming that your order is on the way.

SHIPPING TIME

1. Ready-to-Ship Items

Estimated delivery time:

Vietnam: 2 – 5 business days
Asia: 5 – 10 business days
Europe / USA / Canada: 7 – 14 business days

Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order has been confirmed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Made-to-Order / Pre-order Items

Some products are produced under a Made-to-Order / Pre-order model. Production time will be clearly stated on each product page.

Once production is completed, shipping will follow the standard delivery timeframe:

Vietnam: 2 – 5 business days
Asia: 5 – 10 business days
Europe / USA / Canada: 7 – 14 business days

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

3. Important Notice

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

severe weather conditions
transportation disruptions
customs clearance procedures

If any delay occurs, customers will be notified via email as soon as possible.

Cancelation, Exchange and Return Policies

IMPORTANT NOTICE

By placing an order with Huelley Huelley, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.

We recommend reviewing our Shipping Policy prior to purchase to understand potential import duties. Duties may vary depending on destination, declared value, and local customs regulations.

IMPORT DUTIES & PAYMENT TERMS

Import duties and taxes are mandatory for all international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 hours of purchase (prior to shipment), subject to a 10% processing fee.

After an order is placed, Huelley Huelley will contact the customer via email to confirm:

the customs declaration value
the estimated import duties

If the customer chooses not to proceed with the duty payment after confirmation, the order will not be refunded. Instead, the full amount paid will be issued as store credit (e-voucher) for future use.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to accept all applicable import duties and related charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.

A 10% processing and operational fee will be deducted from approved cancellations.

Orders that have been shipped or are in transit are not eligible for cancellation.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Sale or discounted items
Items purchased using vouchers or gift cards
Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or bundled intimate items
Items not in original condition, without tags, or without original packaging
Items showing signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage

RETURN & REFUND LIMITATION

We do not accept returns or refunds based on subjective reasons, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Dissatisfaction with style, fit, or appearance

All product descriptions, images, and sizing information are provided to support informed purchasing decisions.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility

Requests must be submitted within:

48 hours (Vietnam)
14 days (International)

Items must be:

unused and undamaged
in original condition with full tags and packaging

A valid proof of purchase and a clear unboxing video are required.

Conditions

Each item is eligible for one (1) exchange only
Customers are responsible for all shipping and related costs (including duties, if applicable)
Original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable
